Conrad G. Modica, O.D.
Dr. Modica founded what is now called High Mountain Eyecare in 1959. He attended Fairleigh Dickinson University and was graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. He served in the US Air Force at the 2843rd USAF Hospital. He completed a fellowship in vision care at the Gesell Institute of Child Development, New Haven, CT. Dr. Modica is a lifelong resident of North Haledon and has served on the North Haledon Board of Education, North Haledon Education Foundation, and is a past president of the Haledon Lions Club. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, NJ Society of Optometric Physicians of which he is a former board trustee, and the Bergen-Passaic Optometric Society. He has served as an examiner for the Northeast Region Clinical Optometric Assessment Testing Program. He also is a past member of the Board of Trustees for the NJ Commission for the blind and visually impaired. Dr. Modica is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Dr. Modica is married and the father of five children. His interests include golf, travel and visiting his grandchildren.

David L. Rajkowski, O.D.
Dr. David Rajkowski is a graduate of Fairfield University and the State University of New York, College of Optometry. He is an optometric physician board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. His training includes internships at Omni Eye Services, Islen, NJ and the USMA Optometric Clinic at West Point, NY.
Dr. Rajkowski joined High Mountain Eyecare in 1994. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, New Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians, and the Bergen/Passaic Optometric Society. He has lectured on Low Vision Care as well as participating as a clinical investigator for Allergan, Inc.
Dr. Rajkowski is married with 3 children. His hobbies include ice hockey, golf, tennis and spending time with his young children.

Pamela Z. Rajkowski, O.D.
Dr. Pamela Rajkowski is a graduate of Fairfield University and the State University of New York, College of Optometry. She is an optometric physician board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Her training includes internships at the Baltimore Veterans Hospital, Baltimore, MD and Newington Veterans Hospital, Newington, CT.
Dr. Rajkowski has been in private practice since 1994 in Connecticut and New Jersey.
She is married with three children. Her hobbies include Yoga, crafts and spending time with her young children.
